The Salento peninsula is home to vineyards with perfect sun exposure and soils of red earth and clay. Here the grape variety Negroamaro is grown with care. The grapes are gently pressed into precious juice and undergo low-temperature fermentation. Then the 100% Negroamaro wine matures on lees in stainless steel tanks.
This rosé wine has a bright, light color. The fruity bouquet spreads delicious scents of cherries, strawberries and roses. On the palate, the wine is fresh and well balanced, with pleasant acidity.
This wine is excellent with savory fish dishes, soup, young cheese and vegetable pie.
