Depending on the country to ship to and the order amount, we offer free shipping.

Delivery within The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg will usually take up to 3 business days.
Germany, Denmark, and the UK may take up to 10 business days depending on the location of residence.

Once you place your order, you can expect the following steps:
<li>You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the digital receipt</li>
<li>We will process your order, package the wine and present it to the postal service</li>
<li>You will receive an e-mail with the track&trace code and where to follow the package status</li>
<li>Once we get confirmation that the package is delivered, we update the order to finished</li>
<li>You will get an e-mail confirmation that the order status has changed to finished</li>
If there are any quality issues with the delieverd package and/or the content, you can contact us for return instructions.

We only supply a digital invoice per e-mail. The invoice is in PDF format for which a PDF reader is required (Acrobat PDF reader can be downloaded for free <a href=”https://get.adobe.com/nl/reader/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>here</a>).
